The project will include a $2.6 million renovation, adding seven new units to the 52-unit building, with a focus on affordable housing. The redevelopment aligns with Bluevale's mission to support community growth and address regional housing shortages, particularly through transit-oriented projects close to educational institutions and transit hubs.
