As the GM for Toronto, you are an experienced people leader, with strong operations expertise and a passion for creating exceptional client experiences. Your role will be to manage the daily operations for Toronto. To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience using a data driven approach to optimize processes and manage people performance to improve productivity and accuracy. You will create and manage various processes to ensure we cultivate strong relationships and build trust with clients by continuously delivering our service as promised.
As part of the ShuffleSpace leadership team you will be responsible for the P&L for the Toronto market. You will work closely with Sales to ensure the right client mix in your market and growth that you can successfully execute on. Ultimately, you will ensure that we are meeting our client experience, financial and operations goals for your market. As our operations team is expected to grow over 300% in the next 12 months a big focus will be on hiring, coaching and empowering the operations and client support teams to deliver on our client promise; in doing so, you will help establish our reputation as an excellent logistics partner to our clients.
